The Indian Government is aware of the rate of the manufacturing growth in India and other developing countries. As per estimates by the United Nation Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), the average annual actual growth rate of manufacturing value added during 2005-10. India has been 9.11 % compared to 5.05 % in Asia and 7.06 % in developing countries.

In addition, while the manufacturing output share of major developed countries in the world has fallen significantly in the last one decade, India along with Brazil and China, has secured a place among 10 largest producers in the world by increasing its manufacturing output at almost 10% on average.

The Government has taken a number of steps to boost the manufacturing growth significantly further in India. Some recent measures have been taken of which includes announcement of the National Manufacturing Policy (NMP), 2011 with further aims of increasing the share of manufacturing in GDP to 25% and creating 100 million additional employment opportunities over the next decade.

The policy, inter-alia, envisages setting up of National Investment and Manufacturing Zones (NIMZs), which are industrial Cities also known as ‘Townships’, set to standards of the best manufacturing hubs in the World. So far eight NIMZs have been announced along the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) in the States of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Four other NIMZs outside the DMIC have also been granted ‘in-principle’ approval – two in Andhra Pradesh and one each in Karnataka and Maharashtra. NMP also envisages skill development as a priority area. The Government is also looking into other agricultural states such as Punjab and studying the current situation in order make improvements in the future.

Over the years, the Government has also simplified and rationalized the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Policy, to attract FDI flow into the country.
The other important steps taken involve Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project along the dedicated freight corridor, launching of the e-biz Mission Mode Project under the National e-Governance Plan, and creating a joint venture ‘Invest India’ in association with FICCI as a dedicated agency for promoting foreign investment in India. Also , incentives are given for helping industries in difficult areas through Plan Schemes of Transport Subsidy, special package of incentives for Special Category States, North-East Industrial & Investment Promotion Policy, 2007, and specific programmes like Industrial Infrastructure Up-gradation Scheme, Indian Leather Development Programmes etc.

Sectorial Ministries/Departments in the Government are also implementing various schemes and programmes and taking measures for boosting manufacturing growth of the respective sectors.

Government is also aware of India’s rapid improving position In the world so having highly respected academic institutions such Micro-tech universities and higher education institutions in other sectors. India has an advantage over China on the literacy and educated youth. India has a short way to go to be one of the most Industrialised countries in the world.

Fire breaks out in Bangladesh building collapse. Dhaka’s building collapse which left 377 dead, emergency services are trying to reach remaining survivors.

The owner Mohammed Sohel Rana, of the Rana Plaza factory, was earlier arrested near the Indian border.

Two survivors

Smoke was coming out from the third floor of the building, rescue workers had to halt in that area, although efforts continued in other parts.

The garment factory and the clothing material inside may have worsened the blaze. eight-storey building in Savar, just towards the outside of Dhaka.

Some media reports suggest the fire has been under control from earlier on.

Emergency services state they’d been trying to free the trapped woman for a number of hours but they later reported she had not survived.

Dhaka factory

Mr Rana the owner of the factory.

It’s estimated at least 3,000 were to have been in the building when it collapsed. About 2,430 are now known to have survived the tragedy.

No official figure on the number of people still missing, but Akram Hossain, a deputy director of the fire service, said their chances of survival were “diminishing by the minute”.

Earlier, local government minister Jahangir Kabir Nanak announced the arrest of Mohammed Sohel Rana by loudspeaker at the site of the collapse, to cheers from rescue workers.

Bangladesh is a global player in the garments sector, providing clothing at significantly low cost for major International retailers that benefit from its widespread low-cost labour.

But the sector has been blamed for its low wages and very few rights given to employees and for the often dangerous working conditions in garment factories.

Delhi’s drug usage increases, party mongers are high amphetamine and much more. Delhi is seen as a significant dealer of pseudoephedrine the key raw material for manufacturing Amphetamine Type Stimulant (ATS), other variants popularly known as ecstasy, speed, base, and ice in young clubbers.

Law enforcement bodies have been left shocked by the seizure of 1,528kg of pseudoephedrine by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in just the first quarter of this year.

Total seizures for all of last year added up to a 380kg and the years before had settled at a steady 200 to 250kg.

This year’s mega-seizure, NCB sources say, could be used to manufacture ATS substances worth Rs 200 Crore in Delhi.

Very easily available, pseudoephedrine has soared Delhi’s clubs and other raves. These kind of drugs are popular amongst the partiers. It is said that ATS substances have long taken over cocaine as it’s highly expensive and less available.

LARGE POLICE OPERATION IN DELHI – SEVEN NIGERIANS AND A WOMAN ARRESTED OVER A FAKE BANK NOTE RACKET AND DRUG RELATED ISSUE

ATS users take the drug as a pill, powder or even in liquid injections. Some even smoke it. Some say it makes them energise just like cocaine but overdosing can cause irreversible liver damage and even lead to DEATH.

Cartel Money

Delhi gangs make money by moving the drugs around states and even international. Originating in the Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh it is smuggled into Delhi past Police check points. The money involved is great also it is said Pseudoephedrine could also be used for legitimate pharmaceutical drugs.

Officials state that demand is ever so increasing with middle and high class citizens. Large craze may lead to huge health issues and significant losses of life due to drug related issues. Precautions are being taken by academic institutions to educate the young children and higher education students in India. Police is playing a big role in crackdowns of Indian drug gangs.

Science has proven the fact – Your unconscious/ Subconscious mind is running your life!
A new perspective of why we are the way we are has been introduced by some top molecular biologists. Among them is former professor of medicine at Stanford University, Dr Bruce Lipton.

Dr Bruce Lipton says the new science of epigenetics has shown that our genes are in fact controlled and manipulated by how our minds perceive and interpret our environment. Before It was believed by science that it is our genes themselves which dictate our traits – that our genes form who & how we are. The new findings are great news because it means that we can change many things including our health, wealth and much more by changing how we interpret events and situations which happen to us.

For example Dr Lipton shows that if we interpret things in a positive way, we start living healthier and better quality lives, regardless of the genetic makeup we started with. A new attitude, positive or negative, sends new messages to the cells in our body and can actually reprogram their health and behaviour. It can even change cellular structure, turning diseased cells into healthy cells.

The old scientific tradition, based on Newtonian physics, that the body is just a mechanical device but this new science actually acknowledges that mind and spirit also play a role in who we are.

Dr Lipton explains that there are 2 different minds that make what he calls the body’s controlling voice. There is a conscious mind that can think freely and create new ideas. Then there is the subconscious mind, which is basically a super computer loaded with a database of programmed behaviours, most of which we acquired before we reached the age of six.

The subconscious mind cannot move outside its fixed programs – it automatically reacts to situations with its previously stored behavior responses. AND (here’s the rub), it works without the knowledge or control of the conscious mind. This is why we are generally unaware of our behavior, in fact most of the time we are not even aware that we are acting unconsciously.

It is said that 95- 99% of our thoughts are unconscious. Most people conscious thoughts are only 1% where as some people can think 5% independently.

Some people have used the subconscious mind to make money, gain wealth and have great health without exercising and dieting like a maniac. Wallace D wattles writes in his book ‘Science of getting Rich’ you can gain vast amount of wealth by using the great universal power of the subconscious mind.

We hope you enjoyed this post you can search more on this topic online and gain vast amount of wealth!

The main reason for the visit is ‘tensions near the de Facto Border in the Himalayas.

Chinese premier Li Kegiang is also set to visit India some time after Mr Khurshid’s visit.

Recently India has asked China to move it’s troops that have moved into a territory near the border. Although China denies violating Indian Teritory. So the both sides are holding talks to resolve the row.

“I believe we have a mutual interest and we should not destroy years of contribution we have put together,” Mr Khurshid was quoted by AFP news agency.

“I think it is a good thing that we are having a dialogue.”

Mr Li’s visit India on 20 May for his first overseas trip, where as Mr Khurshid said he would be visiting China on 9 May, ahead of Mr Li.

India states that Chinese troops erected a camp near the side of the ill-defined frontier in Ladakh area last week.

Although China has dismissed reports of the incursion as media speculation.

The two countries dispute several Himalayan border areas. china and India fought a brief war in 1962. Tensions arise up from time to time.

They have held numerous rounds of border talks, but none have been successful so far.
